We stand behind everything we sell. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 90 days.

Returned Merchandise Authorization

We accept all returns within 90 days of your Fence Armor purchase(s) delivery. Call customer care at 1-888-289-5617 or email info@fencearmor.com with the reason for your return.  Customer care will provide further details and assign a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

There are no refund options on custom orders.

  • All return items must be accompanied by an RMA#, or an emailed tracking number to info@fencearmor.com.
  • All items must be returned in original condition and the original Fence Armor packaging, including all accessories (such as screws).
  • All items must be postmarked no later than two weeks after your RMA# has been assigned.
  • Once your items have been received, you will be refunded the total purchase price of product only (original shipping fee paid is non-refundable) less a 15% restocking fee for returned product over $100.  Product returned less than $100 you will be refunded total purchase price of product only (original shipping fee paid is non-refundable) less a $15 restocking fee.
  • Items without an RMA #, or items that have been returned outside the 90-day return period, will not be refunded.

Remember, all our Fence Armor products come with a 5-year warranty, so if something goes wrong down the line, be sure to let our support team know via info@fencearmor.com. For Postsaver warranty, click here.

Sale Items & Custom Orders

Please note that all sale items and custom orders are final sales and are non-refundable.

Refunds, Exchanges & Return Shipping

Shipping charges for all returns or exchanges is at your discretion by your preferred courier and insured by you. You are responsible for any lost or damaged hardware during shipment. Fence Armor does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

Returns & Restocking Fees

Product returned with a total over $100 (product only) is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Product returned with a total less than $100 (product only) is subject to a $15 restocking fee.

Please note that all returned items must be in original packaging and original condition to be accepted for a full refund less any applicable fees.

Exchanges

If there is any damage to the packaging upon delivery, contact us immediately at info@fencearmor.com or call 1-888-289-5617.

Exchanges are granted only on defective or damaged products. If you consider the product defective or damaged, please inform us at info@fencearmor.com or call 1-888-289-5617.

Fence Armor is happy to help resolve any issue. If eligible for an exchange, we will send you a replacement product at no extra cost.
