We stand behind everything we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days for a full refund or replacement, no hassle, no stress. 

**Exception for Mr. Fence Tools: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to report a claim, limited to products with a manufacturer’s defect or that fail to perform as designed.

Please note:

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Opened stain buckets or cans

• Used stain brushes

• Stain machines

📦 Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

We gladly accept returns within 60 days* of delivery.

Include your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll send you return instructions and assign an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).

⚠️ Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.

📝 Return Requirements

To ensure smooth processing:

  • All returns must include the RMA# or an emailed tracking number sent to info@fencearmor.com

    • In original condition

    • In original Fence Armor packaging

    • Include all accessories (e.g., screws)

  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your RMA#

💵 Refunds & Restocking Fees

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Product cost only will be refunded (original shipping fees are non-refundable)

  • A restocking fee may apply:

    • Orders over $100: 15% restocking fee

    • Orders under $100: Flat $15 restocking fee

🚫 Ineligible Returns

  • Items without an RMA#

  • Items returned after 60 days

  • Items that are damaged, incomplete, or used

Such returns will not be accepted or refunded.
