Duties & Taxes
On international orders, the recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the country. Please contact your Customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
International Shipping Rates
Oversize and heavy items may require additional charges. If additional shipping charges apply, you will be contacted for verification and approval before your order is shipped.
Due to current worldwide shipping impacts, the estimated delivery time can be up to 2 months (excluding Customs clearance) rather than the standard 1 to 4 weeks as normally expected.
Please note: Fence Armor determines the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.
The carriers that may be used are DHL or USPS (EMS, Priority Mail International or First Class Mail).
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages when not available from one location.

1. Pack the item securely and include the original product packaging and tags if available.
- (Hint: If you cover all existing shipping labels, you can reuse the bag or box your order came in.) Customer Care will assign you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
- 2. Include proof of purchase (invoice, store receipt), your name, address, email, phone number, and member number (if applicable), and a brief description of why you’re returning the item.
