RotGuard™ is manufactured using SBS-modified bitumen, a polymer-enhanced waterproofing compound designed for long-term flexibility and adhesion.

SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) provides rubber-like elasticity and cold-flow bonding characteristics, allowing the membrane to conform tightly to wood fibers without heat or torch application.

How It Works |
